Knowledgeable and friendly staff - quality products
I wanted a top quality knife and pro cook seemed my closest retailer some 15 miles away. Had a chance to try a couple of options (tomato and chopping board provided!) And got some great coaching on technique. Knowledgeable and friendly staff made it a pleasure.

I had a great experience in store
I had a great experience in store. I came in looking for coffee mugs and saucers. Managed to get some really lovely ones, and then when I got to the till, the lady serving us (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so helpful and lovely. Very friendly and was talking to us about the coffee machine we just brought and overall was a great experience. I would 100% choose to go back to this store. Great customer service. Great products.

Helpful and knowledgable staff!!
We were impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff, their knowledge of the products and their interactions with ourselves and other customers. We were looking to renew our cooking processes well done all!! by getting rid of our old pans because of the danger of chemicals passing through our bodies, all of which they were aware of!!
