Wide range of high quality items and helpful staff
There is always a good range of high quality items for the kitchen. Not always the cheapest but it works out cheaper in the long term because it lasts longer and works better. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Lovely shopping experience in Pro Cook
I am really pleased with my Gourmet 8" non stick frying pan. Scrambled eggs were cooked beautifully. No sticking. The lady assistant at the Mansfield McArthur Glen Outlet was really helpful and informative of various products. The price was reasonable too with £5 discount that day.

The store has a fantastic selection of goods, at a great price. Nicely laid out and well lit. Add in some really helpful and knowledgeable staff and you have a great shopping experience.

Staff are amazing
Staff are amazing . Gave us some very helpful and useful information about non stick frying pans.
Shop always looks full of products and is very cheerful with lovely products which we have bought in the past including a set of knives !

Bad advice from shop rep.
Liked the saucepan’s I brought but was told they had cold handles but first time I used them I nearly burnt my finger. Absolutely red hot handles.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff - quality products
I wanted a top quality knife and pro cook seemed my closest retailer some 15 miles away. Had a chance to try a couple of options (tomato and chopping board provided!) And got some great coaching on technique. Knowledgeable and friendly staff made it a pleasure.

I had a great experience in store
I had a great experience in store. I came in looking for coffee mugs and saucers. Managed to get some really lovely ones, and then when I got to the till, the lady serving us (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so helpful and lovely. Very friendly and was talking to us about the coffee machine we just brought and overall was a great experience. I would 100% choose to go back to this store. Great customer service. Great products.
