Good products and good customer service
To be totally honest I had not put ProCook at the top of my list for purchasing anything from, However, the experience was surprisingly good, the questions I asked were answered honestly and the advice given was useful and straightforward. I have made many purchases since from Pro-elite pans to Damascus blade knives. All of these are high quality products, worth the higher price tag.

Great customer services, lovely shop
The young lad in the shop was very helpful..I bought a lovely ceramic saucepan and I picked up the wrong one, ie the display one, so he got one in a box and put the other one back for me. He also explained about the guarantee. Maybe small things but it made me want to go there again in the future. It's also got lots of good quality items.

Fantastic customer service. The staff had good product knowledge and were very proud of the items they stock in the store. Staff were happy and welcoming throughout without being overbearing. We bought more items than originally planned due to the happy and helpful staff. Really pleased with our our purchases. The special offers were appealing and affordable in return for high quality products.
