Went to the ProCook store in Oxford to buy a set of knives, cutlery, and a chopping board. Excellent service from the two staff members in there who were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I got home I unpacked the cutlery set but didn’t use it for a few days. When I used it I noticed one of the teaspoons was faulty. I couldn’t return to the store in the near future so I contacted customer service by email with a photo of the fault and my receipt. Alison quickly sent a new cutlery set within a few days and said I could keep the original set as spares so I didn’t need to return them! Fantastic service from Alison. Would happily continue using ProCook.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. Couldn’t have been better

Very good pan
Staff were super helpful and I got a nonstick pan for only £15! I really like this shop and my new pan has an amazing guarantee they told me about.
Good selection of knives well laid out. Bought a pairing knife does a good job on onions!
I visited the shop on Oxford twice in one day. The stainless steel casserole pot is excellent. The other visit, I purchased a handheld sieve and small round storage plastic pot. The storage pot of £6 was ruined when I tried to get the price label off - I ended up spreading the glue all around the outside of the container and it looks awful now. Perhaps use a different glue on your labels for plastics containers?
The service given in Oxford branch was very good and helped me to decide which of my two options best suited my needs. No pressure - just help.

We were given information about each product and we were given the opportunity to use the knives and experience how they work before choosing. The knives are state of the art. I recommend their products
Identified which pans we needed on website. Went to store to check how they felt and looked. Bought there, and staff helped me to work out which set would give us what we wanted at a better price. Cardboard packaging no bigger than necessary to protect pans for cycle journey home. Pans working well on induction hobs.
