Absolutely brilliant customer service from the gentleman in the Oxford store. He gave his time and expertise to explain pros and cons of different knives we were looking at. Through his knowledge we purchased the knives that suited our budget and needs making home cooking a pleasure.

The team at Oxford Westgate were super helpful, kind and polite. I walked in a few minutes to closing time but never did I ever feel rushed or made to 'hurry up we are closing." My questions were well answered and I walked out a happy customer.

Firstly it's such a lovely shop,so much choice. I found Nic who served us so helpful. I was after a new frying pan. I didn't know which one then Nic went through them all. Not pushy at all just really helpful.
I've used it for the first time today, so far so good. I intend to follow the cleaning instructions. Hopefully it will last a good few years. Thank you.

Great customer service! Products layout is well done and your eyes just wants more as you move along. A number of items were on offer, such good value for money!

Went to the ProCook store in Oxford to buy a set of knives, cutlery, and a chopping board. Excellent service from the two staff members in there who were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I got home I unpacked the cutlery set but didn’t use it for a few days. When I used it I noticed one of the teaspoons was faulty. I couldn’t return to the store in the near future so I contacted customer service by email with a photo of the fault and my receipt. Alison quickly sent a new cutlery set within a few days and said I could keep the original set as spares so I didn’t need to return them! Fantastic service from Alison. Would happily continue using ProCook.

Went into Pro Cook, Oxford looking for two particular items. Found exactly what I wanted quickly with a little help from a member of staff and completed my purchase within a few minutes. Quick and efficient.
