Service is always thoughtful, welcoming without being pushy. Selection of goods is limited by space but always has something fresh and well made to.attract keen cooks.
Super grateful for Nic at Westgate Oxford who helped me choose a Soho cookware set. He also kindly helped me with valuable tips on utensils and on choosing other items. Very friendly as well.

Amazing people who made the experience so helpful and efficient!
Really pleasant and friendly assistants in the Oxford shop, and then fantastic and efficient service when I contacted the store to report a defect in the product I bought. Holly was quick to respond and pro-active in providing a helpful solution, even contacting another store to ensure the replacement was put to one side for me. The Solihull assistants were also extremely friendly and helpful when I collected. Great service all round, with some lovely people representing the brand extremely well.

I can’t talk for the products but I can for the staff
I can’t talk for the products because I haven’t used them yet but the lady who held my goods back while I finished my shopping and had everything packed up and ready to go on my return was super nice and efficient! You should appreciate staff who make customers wants to come back after a great shopping experience.

Poor Customer Service
The man behind the till, who seemed to be training a colleague, treated us as if we were an inconvenience. He was rude and offhand.
We often shop in Pro Cook at other locations and have never experienced such poor customer service before.

A gracious review
I asked the clerk to check that the box of plates and bowls was not broken or chipped, and she very graciously opened each box, checked for defects and resealed them all. It took a great deal of her time, but she did it with a smile, and as a result, I knew I was receiving perfectly whole dinnerware!
