Hardly any new products since a couple of years or more
The products I bought are of ordinary stuff... I didn't want to leave the shop empty handed! The products seem to be the same old standard products from years and years there's hardly any changes, I am specifically referring to ProCook, Portsmouth branch... It's because of the tourist attractions that there is sale.... People from London visiting finds not much has changed.... No offense meant to the staff working there....

Very high quality, really helpful in-store staff, and when two items (ordered in store for delivery) arrived damaged, replacements were delivered the next day with no fuss

Amazing Staff!
While shopping for new knives, shop assistant Holly made my experience phenomenal. She didn't try and push a sale, answered all of my questions, made valuable suggestions, was warm and knowledgable. I do hope Holly's boss reads this, staff members like Holly are what keep customers coming back!

What a lovely physical retail…
What a lovely physical retail experience.. reminds me of the old days when staff cared and the shop was well presented with actual stock you could look at, see the quality, make an unhurried choice. The girl who assisted on Sunday down at Gunwharf was bright, bubbly, super helpful and had a real understanding of your product lines. Choice was overwhelming but she listened, recommended some options and then left me to decide, perfect balance of informing me but not hovering around looking for a sale. High quality kitchen items, these look like they’ll outlast me, would highly recommended a visit next time you’re upgrading your cookware!
