We've always shopped online for our Pro Cook items before but found the new shop in Reading's Oracle on one of our rare trips into the town centre. The staff are impeccable. One of the ladies saw that was walking with a stick and came and took all the things that I picked up back to the counter for me, which made shopping much more comfortable. We will return
