We bought 4 chef's knives to make up our own set, and the help we received with that process was so appreciated. We were also particularly grateful for the patient service when we returned the next day to try to match up the colour of the wooden handles a little more accurately.

Excellent service
The service provided by the area manager and Reading store staff was exceptional. They dedicated a lot of time and effort to source the items we wanted, to get them to the store for collection and even to help carry them to the car.

Good quality products for fair price
Bought a set of kitchen knives on a magnetic block. Didn’t realise how bad our previous knives were until we used these. They were just like cutting through butter. Would thoroughly recommend.
