Really friendly, helpful staff
Really friendly staff. Not pushy when they saw me enter. I felt co fortable when I had a question to approach them and they proved very helpful. Had this not happened I would not have bought what I bought. When I said no to a bag they offered to help me. I had looked for place mats and didn't like the only ones I thought they had. I decided to ask about any more to look at whilst I was paying. The lady knew exactly where some other ones were which I would not have found. i quickly bought some. She then offered me the help of one of the other assistants. I siad no but they were so lovely that I agreed and he carried all my purchases down the opposite end of the centre and was friendly. Was a great experience.

Very helpful staff…
I was assisted by a very helpful lady and I was able to walk out with what I wanted. My wife was very pleased with the item I came home with after her previous one which broke after 8 years of daily use. ProCooks range definitely are of better quality so I'm sure this one will last a lot longer than 8 years.

The range of products available are generally of a very high standard, e.g 25 year guarantee on cooking pans, obviously need to be well made to meet that criteria.

Friendly Staff and a great store
The store was organised and clean. The products were sorted and the display or these items were solid. The staff was asking me if I needed help or advice. The lady was friendly and nice to talk to. So a good experience.

I visited the shop 2 weeks ago and purchased set of pans and discovered one was slightly damaged get back to the shop showing the damage to the lady she was very happy to replace it and also bring it some another pans bought last year and tell them them issues and because not selling same one anymore she offered me replacement with another one and I was very pleased with the service and customer care service ABSOLUTELY 10 stars
