I’ve bought off Procook before on line but this was my first time at one of their physical retail outlets. I shall definitely return - great experience, fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service and brilliant knives
My wife and I visited the Solihull store in Touchwood to buy a teapot (originally), but then decided to buy a set of new knives. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you can even try the knives out first and then view the knife stands before purchasing. There is no pressure at all, and we are very happy with the set we purchased. Thank you.

Great products and fabulous service
We have both bought a lot of cooking items from Pro cook and their quality is second to none. Great value for money!! The young lady in the Solihull store, imaan, was fantastic. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were all hugely appreciated and we felt under no pressure as she guided us through the various options. Would highly recommend!!
