I was treated really good by all the staff, and I feel it has a great mindset in the shop to give customers an excellent experience. I did not have what I wanted and one of the staff directed me to another shop and being professional about it.

ProCook Tottenham Court Road. Old fashioned good service, efficiently and very helpfully delivered. I bought a carving knife from the shop and when I got home (which is nowhere near the shop) and opened the box I found instead a bread knife. Nice bread knife but I was trying to buy a carving knife. I felt a little stuck as I could not go back to the shop so on the off chance emailed them. They could not have been more helpful. James Avard, the shop manager, took on the task of sending me out a new carving knife (which arrived the next day, a Sunday) and has now offered me the breadknife as a gift. It is when stores remedy their errors that you can truly see how impressive they are. Thanks ProCook - you have a customer for life (I have a lot of their stuff which is excellent and incredibly reasonable)

SENIOR STAFF
The staff that I was served by was fine. They were able to give a valid opinion on the product I was buying. But the person that was initially on the till seemed too busy chatting away to someone else to deal with any query I may have had. Not a good impression.

Good attention to detail
The products are well laid out and the staff were attentive but not pushy. When I went to pay for my purchase, the man at the till noticed it was damaged and brought up two replacements letting me inspect before buying.
