Fantastic Service and Great Experience
I’m very happy with my order from ProCook! It arrived on time, and although one item was damaged, I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. The team in the shop was also amazing—while I can’t remember their names, they were working last Saturday and provided excellent service. Overall, a fantastic experience with ProCook.

What a great company! I always enjoy going into store because staff are soo friendly and always eager to help! On my last visit I was perusing for your stainless steel utensil set which I was advised would be available sometime in the summer, staff were quick to assist and I felt very welcomed. I did however purchase some other items I came for which was a beautiful stainless steel knife set & stainless steel baking tray😍. It was all wrapped up very nicely and the whole process was seamless. Would highly recommend this company for quality items and an overall amazing customer service experience.

I was served by a very helpful assistant on the two days I visited the Tottenham Court Road shop. He also advised me of another branch in Ireland where what I wanted could be got(it was too heavy for my flight luggage).
