The store was well stocked for it's limited size. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being pushy. The prices were reasonable and the items looked well made.

Visited the store especially for a product I’ve had my eye on for a while, store was nice and clean and I was able to find what I wanted pretty quickly. The store member even gave me some good advice on the best way of using the product, going above and beyond. Great service!

We went to the Pro Cook in the Trafford Centre and needed help with purchasing kitchen knives. Richard, who served us, was excellent and we made several purchases. Delighted with the service.

The three knives were a good price. They seem to be ok at the moment. However the largest knife when we took it out of the box didn't have the protective slide on cover on it.

Easy to find items wanted, helpful and efficient staff at the till point happy to help. Very polite staff too
I needed chefs knives and did a lot of research and it led me to Procook. I wanted the Nihon X50 - it suits my sense of style, has good steel and isn’t priced to the point where I’m scared to use it - they are wonderful.
The guy in the shop was great - he answered all of my questions patiently, he got the knives out of the cases for me to hold - the weight and balance and feel of them is really important to me.
And when I was ready to buy, he looked at my selection of 4 knives and worked out that a set of 5 was cheaper - and he would swap away the knife I didn’t want for one I did.
I missed the bank holiday weekend 20% off sale - but this set had 20% anyway!
My only problem was that I saw the coffee machine when i was in the shop and I missed the 20% off on that. The next time Procook do a sale, that bad boy is coming home with me.
Great selection of chef’s knives for a range of budgets. Helpful and friendly staff. The store was laid out in such a way that it was easy to find what we were looking for but also had some nice surprise little gems we’d not considered.
Will definitely be back.
