An amazing experience and a fantastic business. I went in to discuss the performance of a previously purchased product and they replaced it whilst also teaching me how best to care for the new replacement. My family and I were that happy with the exemplar level of customer service that we purchased an additional two Pans!!! Firstly the store looks great, the staff member provided great service. Also got a years guarantee on purchased item of which my mother was ecstatic of. Would recommend to visit.

Great store but funky smell on product
Lovely, organised store and very helpful, polite staff. Only gave 4 stars because the wooden lid of one of the storage jars has a funky smell that isn't fading.
