The store was well stocked for it's limited size. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being pushy. The prices were reasonable and the items looked well made.

Excellent customer service from Dean at Procook in the Trafford Centre. He couldn't have been more helpful, informative and knowledgeable. A delicious coffee a day!
Good knowledge, friendly and went beyond the standard. Bought a coffee machine after solid advice from the staff, along with tips and tricks on how to use it. Great experience!

We went to the Trafford Centre to visit…
We went to the Trafford Centre to visit Pro Cook to look at coffee machines.
What a fabulous experience. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Dean, he explained the differences between the three models and was really knowledgeable, answering our questions without him having to refer to instructions or another colleague.
We didn't plan to buy a coffee machine, just look but after Dean provided such excellent service, we purchased one there and then.
As it happened, the model we wanted wasn't in stock, no problem, we can have it delivered for you. Great,
as it was a fairly large, heavy item, we didn't need to lug it out to the car park.
The coffee machine arrived at the front door the following day, less than 24 hours after purchase.
Such customer service is rarely found these days, thank you Dean at Pro Cook, Trafford Centre, Manchester 👍😊
