The store was well stocked for it's limited size. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being pushy. The prices were reasonable and the items looked well made.

Staff were very kind and I was able to look around freely without being bothered. I take a long time browsing and enjoying the layout of the store as well. The kitchenware was reasonably priced and they had amazing deals. Would definitely recommend this store.

Lovely shopping experience
The shop was really well laid out, and the experience was one of tranquility despite the general hustle and bustle of the Trafford centre. Deja was incredibly helpful and kind; she informed me of the 3 for £9 offer, and answered any queries that I had. I was really impressed with the range of items the shop had for sale, and the value for money.

Excellent customer service
Panos could not have been more helpful when I was choosing my crockery - he laid all the options out for me and allowed me time and space to make my selections while always being available for questions. He even went to the trouble of sourcing a couple of pieces for me from another store. He absolutely went above and beyond, I was delighted with his service.
