Mixed feelings this time around.
Store is lovely and beautifully laid out and staff try to be helpful. However on this occasion, we new more about the products (coated frying pans) than your customer representative did and she gave us incorrect advise that varied from your web site and the guides on the pans. Also there was clearly a language barrier which didn't help as she didn't understand that electric hobs other than induction exist.

Cooking smart
We went in twice over last 3 weeks and have been helped by Jo. Jo is so friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot from her about saucepans induction and chopping boards. We bought two pans and two chopping boards. Jo is such an asset to Pro Cook.

The most helpful staff I took in a pan that was meant to be non stick but couldn’t fry an egg in and they offered a replacement had to pay a bit extra but the new pan is great many thanks

Great customer service
We had to exchange a product we'd bought as a Christmas present for our son. We phoned beforehand as we're told it was no problem. When we got to the store, although it was busy, the assistant helped us straight away. She was very knowledgeable, smiley and efficient. We were totally satisfied with our exchange experience and also purchased some more products.
