My first visit to ProCook. Was impressed with the range of products and helpful staff. Would definitely shop here again.

Very helpful assistant. Pleasant and informative

When I was in the store I am disabled anwalk slow with a stick and my husband was looking for me and the lady was watching us like we were going to still the items

Bought the top of the range coffee machine, store experience good delivery quick but product useless, in use for 5 days, made about 10 cups of coffee but have had two major blockages on the grinder. The latest today have even had to resort to trying to use the vacuum cleaner to clear it, but after over half an hour of repeated dismantling, brushing, reassembly And retrying it still reports grinder overload. So in my view over priced junk that can’t even successfully grind coffee beans.

The retail experience was awful. Why employ people who clearly would prefer not to be there? We could have bought, say, four different sets of stock pots on line and returned the three we didn’t want, presumably resulting in you sending the returned items to landfill, but no we wanted to touch and feel the items. Truro has seen better days and unacceptable interaction with bored and unknowledgeable staff in your store, and possibly other Truro stores, does not encourage people to return to the “High Street”.

Sales assistant was cheerful, knowledgable, provided excellent advice and very helpful.

I was looking to replace my old ProCook frying pan. There were a number of pans on offer but i was unsure as to the difference. A delightful lady helped me make my choice - without any pressure to purchase a particular one./brand. This made for a pleasurable shopping experience.

Very friendly shop staff. Sharp knife with a full blade guard for a very reasonable price.

We were approached by Charlotte who took us through the range of items available. She was friendly professionally and not at all pushy.
Could not fault the experience - she even brought the items out to our car.

Lovely shop with everything the home cook needs. However, I found the staff a bit snooty! I bought an oil sprayer and when the assistant asked which oil I used and said olive, she asked where I bought it from and when I said a supermarket she was very dismissive. Put’s me off going there again!
