Lovely clean and very well set out shop. Very friendly staff

Absolutely fantastic. Jo’s customer service was so brilliant, funny and professional. The knife demo was very informative and helped us pick the right knives for us. The selection and quality of products is absolutely amazing and the value is great. We were also offered to pick up our purchases later in our car so we didn’t have to carry them all around Truro. 100% will be back for more. Couldn’t be happier.

Great advice in the shop and fantastic to hear I didn’t need to carry purchase to car park some distance away.
Home delivery free , on time and in good order. Very happy with the performance of my new mixer. An all round great experience once again!

I visited the Truro store in Cornwall. I had the best service from a member of staff that assessed what we were looking for and which particular product would best meet my needs. I then selected some knives
I was able to try different knives. Take my time with no sales pressure.
It made a refreshing change. The staff were so knowledgeable about the products in store

Love this place, great products and great value. I have a large selection of Cast iron and stainless steel pans from here and the quality is outstanding. The Professional range of knives are exceptional quality, good weight, well balanced and hold their edge well. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and certainly know what they are talking about, never pushy and don't try to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend

Products are always great and good value for money but the member of staff who helped me was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across. Sadly I didn’t get her name to publicly recognise her, but I promise, if you go in you will recognise her in person instantly 😀

We popped into ProCook at Truro for a look around.
We brought some very cheap place mats.
We had a question about a product and started talking to the Manageress.
She was so helpful and informative and went above and beyond in helping us.
The other members of Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The Manageress is always helpful. Explained product etc. recognises us whenever we pop in. The product is brilliant
