Love this company. They are always absolutely lovely and helpful in the shop - I go to Watford. I couldn’t decide and returned at the very end of the day and they opened the shop to serve me. Their cast iron ware is beautiful, amazing value, and gorgeous to cook with. I’ve brought two lots in different colours as gifts and they brought absolute delight. What is more I needed a replacement cast iron dish and they sent me one without any quibble. What a lovely company. Fantastic customer service and great products.

Very good and strong
Bought two baking trays which are very heavy and strong. Also a pair of flan dishes, can’t wait to make a quiche or pie in them! They are both very sturdy and are voted best on the market.

I’m really happy with my pro cook pans bought from the Watford branch. They look great, they cook really well and are easy to clean. New to induction cooking the advice from the manager was first class as to the benefits of using this technology.

Excellent service, I was not sure what size I needed and colleague helped me to decide and offered me an end of range pot at a price that was too good to refuse. Didn't want to carry it round so they boxed up my purchase and kept it for me and I collected at the end of my shopping
