We had to bring back some frying pans
We had to bring back some frying pans, and to cut along story short they had discontinued them due to not being up to standard. we had also found a problem with them and the assistant was very quick to apologise and replaced with no hesitation. very impressed and staff very kind. Thank you Pro Cook.

Excellent service which I have always had at the Watford Branch. Plus Diana the young lady that served us, was friendly and extremely helpful in showing how the product worked and making enquiries for something else I was looking for. Remi and her colleague's are brilliant!!
Remi and her colleague was a great help , found me more suitable pans that are nonstick and swapped all my current ones which I've had nothing but trouble with because of the absence of a non stick coating. much happier now and nothing is sticking . Great overall experience and definitely a win for ProCook as brand to have helpful staff like them.

When I went in to shop it was a good…
When I went in to shop it was a good atmosphere. The staff were on the date 14/01/25 not in a good mood and it made me a bit awkward, but I got what I had been looking forward to buying and it was good but I still haven't used it.
Personally, I know the product from ProCook is value for the money I spend.
