Bought the same pan and lid about a…
Bought the same pan and lid about a year ago and it was so great I came back for another. Sales assistant could find which pan I had bought from their records as I'd forgotten the size. Price was a fair bit but it's going to last, so it's an investment.

they did not offer NHS discount. They used to offer nhs discount . staff at wembley branch said, only offer nhs discount if they purchase £30 or more. its scam. not make sense

The staff member who serves me looked absolutely miserable and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I thought it was just me but then my husband went in the next day as he works in the centre and said exactly the same thing. Not very welcoming or seeming to be helpful at all. This is my regular store and go to for most things. Majority of the staff are helpful welcoming and willing to help.

Buying a casserole pan.
I went to buy an all purpose casserole dish. One that could be used on an induction hob and in the oven. The young lady who helped me was excellent. She went through the use of all the different surfaces of pans and the best way to use them. It meant that I could make a decision about the pan I chose fully understanding how best to use it. Excellent service.
