Warm Service
Soon as me and my friend entered the store in Stratford Westfield we were greeted by Hamim. He looked after us until we left the store. We bought 3 heavy dishes and he made sure we had our bags secured enough to get us home safety with the goods.

Airfryer health grill
The product i collected was already in a bag.
When I opened the bag the box was totally damaged and the item was full of finger prints .
We spoke to customer service after speaking to the store manager who was very unhelpful and dismissive.
We were worried that the item could possible be damaged internally due to the amount of damage to the box.
The customer service person then said he would get another item....airfryer health grill requested to stratford westfield by Saturday and we would have to return the item ourselves.
We have now had an email stating the item we were promised would be at stratford will not worries there.
I am so disappointed with the service provided and would appreciate a reply.

Very professional and friendly staff at…
Very professional and friendly staff at the Stratford Westfield branch. A vast different to the ones in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush where I had a bad experience several years ago.
I had decided not to use procook again, but the Stratford branch staff provided excellent service. Friendly, welcoming and knew their goods well. I have changed my idea about the shop. Will be happy to go into the stores again.

Super Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff :)

She was super helpful in explaining the knives and how she feels about each design etc. She was super knowledgeable, respectful and bubbly speaking to me as a customer. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this really helped me find what I was looking for whilst making me feel comfortable. Super grateful. I’ll definitely come back and buy more.
