Visited the store,only 1 person on the till had to wait some time to get served as the assistant was busy with another customer, nearly walked out.Eventually someone else came to serve us. The product was fist class and happy to purchase.

Would definitely recommend shopping at Pro Cook as long as the staff remain as they have helpful, knowledgeable. The women do appear more serious than the men but they are helpful

Nice polite, helpful staff. Had everything I needed. I've not used the pan or can opener yet but the garlic press is good. Sturdy and does the job. Reasonable prices. Nice bright, tidy, well organised store. Would recommend.
