Return dealt with very professional and friendly.
The lady that served me was very helpful and apologetic. My return of the faulty jug was dealt with very professionally and with a polite and friendly manner. I was given a replacement measuring jug and told the matter would be passed up the line with the lettering coming off the jug.
Well done and very friendly, thankyou for the good service.

Great product but website poor...
Purchased a chef's knife, excellent quality and price. Purchased from White Rose store, service from staff excellent. Review lost one star due to difficulties using website. I tried ordering online but gave up after this repeatedly failed. They need to fix this as people may choose to buy elsewhere.

Very disappointed bought something that was on offer for 24 pounds but the lady charged me 64 when I showed her the label she immediately removed it saying oh it's not for this but it clearly was the label for that pot so not buying anything from them
