Justyna who works for profile pention, aegon is such a breath of fresh air, so funny to speak too made me feel really at ease. She guided me from the beginning of the call right through to the end, this took 56 minutes explaining absolutely everything in great detail. I tried to convince her to apply for my work as her customer service skills are unmatched never had this kind of customer service before, anywhere. She is a huge credit to her team & company, her future is very bright in customer service. Thank you so much again, I really hope fingers crossed when I hear from your company again it’s justyne! As she treated me like a friend instead of a customer. Such a positive experience, left me feeling very positive and happy & confident that my pention is in safe hands with a very credible company who employ great staff. Will share my experience with my friends & family in the hope they sign up!

Tired of chasing them.

Really struggled to get a specific advisor on the phone. Repeatedly emailed/rang the contact number for this. No call back this morning when they had messaged through the portal saying they would. This is upsetting. I really feel I should speak with someone before re-choosing how the money I pay into my pension is invested but I cannot do this without fully understanding what the return has been on what I have already put in to help make an informed decision. I feel let down.

I asked for the most tax efficient…

I asked for the most tax efficient monthly payment and find I am payng tax anyway
I found that despite telling them I dod not want my peoples pension transferred to them they did it anyway

Be ready for the threats if you're not on top of your messages INSTANTLY

While the potential pension management service might be pretty good, and the dashboard etc easy enough to use, the communications, particularly the automated notifications about reading and responding to messages, is frankly, hostile, and often threatening. For example, not daring to log in immediately triggers what amounts to an avalanche of increasingly threatening and hostile reminders. There is little that is "friendly" about threatening to cut off access because a message has been unread for a week. What about people who are ill? Or on holiday? Or otherwise indisposed? No consideration to customers whatsoever. No doubt will "allocate responsibility" to systems and processes - but you know what, how about a human touch? No? Didn't think so.

Last year, no complaints. Since the changes though, wow, horrendous. Was pretty happy, now? Pretty miffed.

Could be better. Should be more polite. Must be less hostile to deal with.
