Be ready for the threats if you're not on top of your messages INSTANTLY

While the potential pension management service might be pretty good, and the dashboard etc easy enough to use, the communications, particularly the automated notifications about reading and responding to messages, is frankly, hostile, and often threatening. For example, not daring to log in immediately triggers what amounts to an avalanche of increasingly threatening and hostile reminders. There is little that is "friendly" about threatening to cut off access because a message has been unread for a week. What about people who are ill? Or on holiday? Or otherwise indisposed? No consideration to customers whatsoever. No doubt will "allocate responsibility" to systems and processes - but you know what, how about a human touch? No? Didn't think so.

Last year, no complaints. Since the changes though, wow, horrendous. Was pretty happy, now? Pretty miffed.

Could be better. Should be more polite. Must be less hostile to deal with.

Profile Pensions have illegally…

Profile Pensions have illegally withheld my pension funds following a transfer out request made at the start of November. Initially they ignored the transfer request altogether, fobbing me off left, right and centre, however even after admitting I have requested this, no action has been taken to get this sorted. They are unreachable with a receptionist who refuses to transfer any calls, and make nothing but fake promises to shut you up. This is a SCAM of a company, for your own sake please stay away.

What I like about Profile Pensions is…

What I like about Profile Pensions is ease of access to somebody to discuss any issues also easy access to my account. I also like the progress my money has made recently. My representative Samantha Packham has been very good. She explains everything so i'm left reassured that my investment is being handled with respect.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a result of my Sons recent death contact with Pension Profile was required to confirm his pension account. Rang on three consecutive working days to be informed "nobody available will ring you back". On the fourth working day somebody did ring but could not wait for the phone to be answered. The subsequent following two calls to Pension Profile produced absolutely no result, just the usual brick wall. Cannot remember the last time I have experienced such appalling and disinterested customer service - BE AWARE !

Excellent company to deal with.
Found my pensions from the late 80’s and brought them across to there pension scheme.
I found them very helpful and so easy to deal with.
If you are not using Profile Pensions, you need to ask yourself why.
