I cannot be more grateful to Jemma who didn't just settle my claim for more than I ever anticipated, but who really guided me through the process and kept me informed all the way. This entire process could of been very stressful and I suffer with anxiety issues but Jemma made this process very simple and slick, she helped me through every stage and always had time to talk to me when I needed it.
