Progressive, by name progressive by nature! The team were exceptionally communicative and timely in all their communications, they put my mind at rest with even the smallest worry as I went through the process of getting compensation for a Gluten-ing incident. The fees were fair and Hannah personally ensured that I understood what was happening right up to and after winning my case! I wholeheartedly recommend them.
