at time of ordering delivery date was specified and confirmed. email confirmation of delivery date received, arranged for somebody to be present at the property to accept delivery. person waited all day having taken a day off work and no delivery, it had been scheduled for the following day without advising myself, managed to arrange another person to accept delivery despite the estimated time of delivery going backwards and backwards. tried to speak to a manager at Project Timber but there is no one you can contact in person other than Sales reps who take your order. emailed support line with comments and was told it would be forwarded onto senior management and they would get back to me, now 5 days and no word, not holding my breath!!!!
erected the shed over the weekend and was not overly impressed with the quality, some panels were bowed and would not screw together properly, acrylic used for windows really thin and flimsy and needed weatherboard trimming down before fitting, double doors bowed and large gap in middle but needed planning at top and bottom, roof bearers too small in section size

overall the shed was not worth the money

company hide behind the sales team as no access to management. would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone

So far so good ordering was straight forward. Was updated with the delivery times. They asked if they could deliver on a different day (2 days earlier) which I said was fine but that I wouldn’t have any help carrying it to garden like I had arranged for on original day, was told the driver would help. Which he did. Luckily a neighbour was able to help. A massive thanks to Carl the delivery driver, an absolute credit to the company. Can’t praise him enough. It’s only just been delivered so can’t comment on build quality yet. Il update this when it’s dry and it’s put together. The only other thing was I paid for a base as well and was expecting it to come out together in sections like the shed but it’s just single lengths if I’d known that I would have just bout the timber myself and saved the money.

Michael delivered my shed and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Got the shed offloaded and stored in record time and smiling through the whole process. Wet and miserable day, but weather did not deter him. Great service Michael, thank you.

Recently bought in January sale the Grandmaster Club House. Very disappointed, nothing fitted as it should. Wood was warped, windows too big, most parts had to be sawn or adjusted in some way to fit. The felt for roof is of very poor quality even with using overlap cement still having problems with leaks. Looks amazing but still trying to solve problems, very poorly made!!

Ordered a shed not a pool.
I really wouldnt recommend ever buying anything from this company unless you enjoy chasing your tail trying to stop water coming in as it is leaking through absolutely every line of the shed. Contacted them multiple times and was sent some silicone sealant and told to pull off all the cloaking strips and seal the joins. I told them I didn't believe that was the issue as it's every line of the tongue and groove of every panel but I did it anyway and like I thought, it made absolutely no difference. All my stuff inside is going mouldy and so is the wood of the shed now too.
Since emailed again and now I'm being ignored it seems.
I'm disabled, I've painted this shed 4 times now and sealed it.
This purchase is my biggest regret and it's less than a year old.
I would really like a refund because this is not fit for purpose and it's just stressing me out daily watching water pour down the walls.

Michael helped bring the whole delivery into the garden!

Took a total of 8 deliveries over 3 months to receive all of the parts for our Pent shed - missing, damaged and faulty panels. Once built, it leaked like a sieve through all the wall panels - and after using woodfiller, silicone on all joints and applying 3 coats of external paint. Shiplap detail seems flawed. Finally received a refund this week after a host of emails, calls and repeated chasing.

Brilliant experience.. driver was such a nice fella and helpful and kept me updated on the delivery times and arrival ..overall experience excellent frome start to finish

Arrived on time, very friendly delivery guy, had a friendly chat. Explained there was lots of parts,neatly put where I asked him to put them.

Brought a shed absolutely nothing lines up was a waste of £1200 and company diddnt help or sort the problem at all just brushed it of
