Unfortunately, your delivery was split across two different shipments – one that was redirected to a parcel shop and collected by yourself on Monday 24th Feb, and one that was attempted to your home address. Unfortunately, the missed delivery at your home address coincided with a weekend, so delivery was unable to be reattempted until Monday 24th Feb.
We use a third-party courier company for our non-frozen items, however if your order is ever delayed, please do call us directly in the office and we’d be more than happy to investigate straight away for you to get the quickest solution.

We have bought products from Projuice for over 6 years, never had a problem with them, next day delivery and always on time. The product is very good, so the prices.

Brilliant Delivery Service by Ian
We have recently changed to projuice directly delivering our orders and it is SO much better. Reasonable delivery time and next day delivery was brilliant. Ian was great, friendly and helpful. We've been using projuice for around a year now for smoothies, milkshakes and swirl icecream and they are great.
