Excellent service and good quality fruit!
Ordered on the Monday evening they were here on Thursday,being a small company I love the fact that you don't have to order pallet loads to get delivery like you do with most suppliers! Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent, on time delivery even get the call from driver before 30min and delivered to the shop store room, and very nice and supportive delivery process they call before hand to confirm the date of delivery as well with time 1hr slot, product are fantastic i must recommend thanks for the service. only draw back is you have to order 15th product for free one delivery.

I bought few blenders and milkshake cups from projuice they were very good but bit expensive

We have used Projuice for the last 5/6 years I am very happier with my equipment and products we have 2 blenders that have never let me down easy to clean and come apart easily we also have the ice cream machine with pods again so easy to clean and use wow the best investment I have ever made and the customers love it and the ice cream is delicious

The team were very helpful on the phone with initial enquiries and when I placed an order online the delivery was prompt and as I had been informed. Smoothies are amazing and I love the way everything is packaged so it's easy to portion. I will not be going anywhere else for our ingredients.

We use Projuice for our blenders and as a busy coffee shop we tend to use them a lot especially during the summer. We have found that we have had to replace other blenders a number of times when they break down however with Projuice there is a comprehensive range of parts available. These are easy to deal with and means that we are able to maintain the machines much more than we have been able to with any other machines. Ultimately these have provided better value for us

We have been using Projuice smoothies and milkshakes for a couple of months now and we have been really pleased with their quality and ease of use. They only take minutes to prepare which is great when you're busy and the profit margins are excellent, we have had consistently positive feedback from our customers.
The reason I have not awarded 5 stars is because of the extortionate delivery charges. You essentially get a penalty for not placing huge orders - for every box under a quantity of 15 they add a bit extra to the delivery charge, which meant that our last order cost £37 in delivery fees, which was an increase of 30% onto the cost of our order and decreased our end profit margin by around 10%. This would be understandable if they were going out of their way to deliver to us, but they have specific delivery days for our region and I am aware of several other cafes nearby who use their product. I would happily place larger orders but we are a tiny 19 cover cafe, we do not physically have the space to store 15 boxes worth of product, so this policy seems incredibly unreasonable and discriminatory towards the smallest businesses who are currently feeling the impact of the current financial climate the most. Ultimately this approach is damaging to projuice's brand because rather than placing regular orders and maintaining consistency with our offering, we have to fully deplete our supply before we even consider another order.

EDIT: In reply to the response from ProJuice, the "cafe pricelist" is unhelpful for three reasons:
Firstly, you have to order at least 6 boxes and as I said before, we are limited on space. I have a full complement of smoothies, but I need milkshakes, where am I going to store 6 boxes' worth? That's 108 milkshakes in a cafe with 16 covers!!
Secondly, the prices of the boxes are so heavily weighted that you make virtually no savings vs ordering separately, for example just now I have added up two orders, one with each box separately, and one with the cafe box and they came to *exactly* the same amount. The last time I tried the price difference was 80p.
Thirdly - the price list that was emailed to me does not include VAT. Don't get me wrong, loads of businesses do this but it is my number one pet hate when placing orders - tell me what it's actually going to cost up front, don't pretend it's cheaper than it is.

It’s great when a company are open to new ideas to establish a working partnership . We’re located in Norfolk Projuice is in Exeter. We’d been let down regularly by their wholesale partner and because the choice is so much better direct that’s what we hoped to do. Unfortunately we’re not on their delivery routes but we put on our thinking caps and came up with a solution that works!!! Not all businesses would be this flexible and this open to try something like this and we’re delighted with our partnership and with the opportunity this has give. Us to sell their wonderful produce

Pro juice has been fantastic for our small independent business…we have their ice creams & milkshakes along with free promo for advertising and our customers love them, we have regular customers popping in for their favourite ice cream and milkshakes all the time, the ice cream is great quality and that’s why they keep coming back…..mango ice cream WHAT!!!!! Yes one of our biggest sellers, if you get the chance to try one of these you will not be disappointed 😊👍🏻

Phone calls were answered by people who are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Efficient use of technology, order was confirmed, followed by invoice. The web site was updated with items out of stock. We were informed when deliveries would arrive. Excellent customer service
