Our company consists of about 350 employees. I used PromosOnTime about 5 years ago for some pad folios with our logo. They did and excellent job! They turned out great and our staff really loved them. Five years later, I was tasked with the implementation of a "preceptor" program and decided to give the new members customized pad folios. I went to he PromosOnTime website and found exactly what I was looking for. Two emails and one phone call later we have pad folios with our logo and the employees job title on the front. Excellent customer service on PromosOnTime's part and excellent product. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Mike!

Bags were extremely small and appeared to be very "inexpensive" Although we did pick the item, the text that was asked to be placed on the bags should have been the only this on the bag, very disappointed that all of my housekeeping team is Spanish and you offered no "Spanish " themed items that is why I asked to have the text put on the bags. You really should not advertise international housekeeping week if everything you offer is not available in multiple languages. Too much money for the product delivered, very sorry to say, have never been this disappointed in a product.

Not only were they quick with the service but also made adjustments on the fly and still in the midst of a hurricane came through with an on time delivery.

I called in because I had ordered 2 items, and had only received 1 of them. When I called, I had the packing slip at the ready, and the person literally argued with me because "it wasn't their order number". How in the world would I have known that? It's on the packing slip!! I was told that the item might be on back order, which would have been nice to know, since I ordered it for a reason. It isn't like I was sitting down scrolling the internet, thinking to myself that I should randomly order 200 fire pencils. Who does that?? Then, I am told that they will check into it, and would email me as soon as they had an answer. I got the survey really quickly, but still no response as to where my product is. If I had to do business with this company again, I may need to check myself into some sort of asylum. If it doesn't magically appear by the end of the week, I am just going to go to my bank to dispute the charges rather to subject myself to calling this company again.

Excellent products & service!

PromosOnTime was able to get what i wanted and were very professional in their response.
I think they could help customers out by discussing shipping options with more depth.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
