I love the bags and the customer service when ordering,. The salesman called me to specifically ensure he understood what color font/ style/ design I wanted on the bags I ordered. The bags came and they seem to be good quality. My only problem is that the bags themselves were the wrong color. I had ordered green and the ones I received were black. They were being given out for Nurses' Week so I didn't bother trying to replace, as there was no way I could have gotten the new ones timely. Due to the great customer service I had received on the front end I'm certain they would have tried to fix had I called about it, and I would probably use them again, I was just disappointed when I opened the box to find that 1 issue.

Loved the product but communication was lousy. Had to do online chat 4x to find out status of order. Finally got 1 email that showed me my order. Had to call to find out about shipping twice. It was really a task. Don't know if I would order from you again for this reason.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get samples of other products I wanted to preview because they were slightly more expensive than the limit. I feel the company might have done a better job in this arena as being able to preview a few other gifts would likely have greatly increased the amount I ordered, resulting in greater profits for PromosOnTime and greater customer satisfaction.

Our items were back ordered and we were so afraid we would not get them in time for a reception honoring volunteers. Promos on Time got the items in and drop shipped them to us overnight! We were so very grateful . Thank you to the professionals at Promo on Time for working with us. We will definitely use them again. The little starfish pins were a big hit in our seaside community.
