the tarpaulin i bought was not as thick as i thought be a good idea to put the weight on the advert also microsoft sees your support address as a threat to my computer

I placed an order with them and 6 days later I had to call them as I hadn't heard a thing from them. Finally got a proof on my design, now waited another 13 days still nothing. No one on the main team can get through to custom order pishh. I asked for a full refund as it was taking way to long definitely not pronto. Only to be told oh thats the other team that have to say yes to that. Erm no. I paid you for a service you've not provided. Don't buy from these.

I ordered pompom dahlias just opened too plant ,and all it was was a bag of dust and rubbish very disappointed. Mr Michael Swaby.

Very disappointed with this company and will not be back to use them again. The website claims "next working day delivery," so I ordered some footwear that was required urgently and paid an extra £7.95 for their "Premium Delivery.". Said footwear turned up after 2 days! No use to man nor beast. Then, to add injury insult to injury, I had to pay to return them as a) they were too small and b) I ended up having to source them elsewhere because the delivery was late. I got a poor excuse that they do not have free returns. Simple solution ... I will not use them again!

Ordered hi viz for required for work. Next working day (23/09/24). Didn't arrive.
Was told there was an issue at the warehouse. So I had to buy elsewhere, asked for a refund, was told I'd have to return the items to get said refund. 21days later still no delivery, but still being told I can't have a refund as they've now been shipped.
It's roughly a week since they said the items have been shipped and still no delivery has been received. Fortunately I purchased on my CCard so got a refund through them for the non existent delivery.
Pronto direct they are most definitely not. Empty platitudes and promises they certainly deliver.
