Excellent 1st time service from Bexhill Property Cafe Lettings I placed my rental property in the very capable and professional hands of the Lettings manager Mr Damien Taylor along with Ashley and Scarlett who all contributed with getting my property up and running within 24 hours they explaining the whole process giving me peace of mind and no stress after a recent heart operation I definitely didn’t need the stress .. so my previous tenant moved out 28th Feb a few days later they’d found me a lovely family who after passing all the security checks are moving in on Sat 8th the house was empty for a total of 7 days enough time to turn it round …Damien and his attentive friendly knowledgeable and very helpful team worked hard for a smooth quick transition … I couldn’t be happier with the service I don’t usually write reviews but they really did go above and beyond it was a refreshing change in the day and age … thanks guys and Scarlett

We received exceptional service from The Property Cafe team, especially considering we came through a third-party site like Zoopla. Throughout the process, we interacted with several team members, but the service was seamless, and everyone understood our needs. To be honest, we weren't sure what to expect when we initially reached out through Zoopla, but the experience far exceeded our expectations.
