The letting agents of property cafe don't even deserve a single star. They ask for good review at the start of tenancy but you soon realise their service is rubbish. The worst part comes at the end of tenancy, they were not able to check the property properly for carbon monoxide alarm, and charged for it which was already there. Despite contacting them numerous times for the same thing they only caused unnecessary stress instead of providing any solution for their mistake. Property was left all cleaned and painted but they were able to spot few small drops of paint on the floor and charged for that. At the start of tenancy, property had all dirty carpets with stains and dirty bins which was also mentioned in the inventory but at the end of tenancy they charged to change carpets. They are the ones who make such reports of the property for the landlord and make moving more stressful. They are of no help and only after your hard earned money. Do yourself a favour and let from some other agency. AVOID PROPERTY CAFE

I have been very pleased with the checkout process of the recent tenant vacating my property. I would like to congratulate the pre- tenancy consultant, Hope Baxter, who has been extremely helpful in organising the necessary maintenance of my property, to restore it to its former high standard. The service has been both supportive and efficient. Bethany Reed, the lettings manager, has been equally helpful. Well done Properly Cafe.

I've been dealing with the Property Cafe for a very long time for both sales and rentals: in excess of 14 years. They offer excellent service and their rates are competitive. Damien Taylor and the rental team have always provided an excellent service finding us suitable tenants.

Bethany in Lettings has always responded very quickly to messages and dealt with problems promptly as they’ve arisen. We recently found our shower was cutting out and it needing replacing, Bethany was immediately in touch with the plumber to contact us to fix/replace it. Thank you !

Property Cafe have been my property managers for over ten years. I have worked with Damien Taylor and his team this entire time. They have managed the issues that arise quickly and when things have gone wrong with tenants they have helped get contractors to fix the issue and also found new tenants when needed. I have a full service management package with them which makes my life easier and not all property management companies do that. They offer more hands off packages as well so can do as much or as little as you want.

The whole process was very quick and the staff were so so lovely. They made everything so easy! I think we got accepted on our flat 2 days after we applied. The only down fall was we were not given the code password for our underground car park but I think this was down to the landlord and not the staff. I’ve had some terrible letting experiences but Property Cafe have been by far the best I’ve used!
