Myself and my partner currently viewed a property in Hastings today 9th march 9:30am with hope Baxter, hope was very helpful, polite and answered all our questions.

Excellent service and good pricing. Such a weight off our shoulders, they understand all the new legislations etc, so we know everything is in order.

Bethany Reed was very helpful, competent and friendly explaining in great details her offer concerning rent increase.

Solely on my experience of one member staff, Bethany, who will go the extra mile to help me out (as an owner of premises which are rented out thro Property Cafe. It has become a pleasure to ask for assistance from PC - and that is solely due to her can do attitude.

Hope was absolutely unbelievable from start to finish. From viewing to moving in day, was seamless. Her prompt responses, always being in contact to update or discuss aspects of our move was faultless. It was a pleasure working with her and she is an asset to your company!

Appalling. Just another Estate Agent that puts fat-cat landlords first. God help you if you have a long term sickness or disability, they couldn't care less. I am an exemplary tenant with no debt but injured and unable to work. I'm STILL never late with rent. "Affordability criteria" is completely UNJUST and discriminatory. Who cares? You don't meet the criteria - be homeless.

Very helpful and friendly staff we're able to answer all our questions.

Bethany Reed has been very helpful from start to finish whilst finding tenants for my rental property. She listened to all my concerns and always promptly replied to my messages.
