I have just bought a flat through Property Cafe. It wasn’t plain sailing but they, particularly Michelle, were brilliant. Kept me fully informed and updated all the time. She also referred me to a mortgage broker and surveyor who were both excellent. I would highly recommend Property Cafe.

Damien and the rest of the staff have been amazing when I needed to find a property quickly. I was already with property cafe and have always found them to be happy to help with anything. When I got news I needed to move they were incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and make the experience a lot less stressful.

Have been refused 90% of flats we wished to view due to claiming universal credit. I have only been out of work for a couple of years due to disability but my partner works full time and the two incomes combined are way above the requirement. Therefore, this practice is purely discriminatory. Only one other agency has done this to us. We have researched into this and found out that agencies should be refusing landlords who discriminate against those on benefits as it has been ruled unlawful by a judge in 2020. Somehow Property Cafe takes landlords wishes as a priority above tenants’ rights and will happily discriminate against disabled people. 100% the worst agency I have ever dealt with and I advise to steer clear of them!!
