This is a new venture for me renting as always owned my properties with my dear late husband. From the start I have been fortunate to have a lady Tracy my letting administrator , she is a true ambassador for The Property Cafe, a wonderful helpful nothings too much attitude, kind personality and professional in her knowledge and mannerism, I really cannot praise enough and highly recommend this first class Estate Agents. They are not profit chasers but customer satisfaction first. Me, I am very satisfied and look forward to a long rewarding association with THE PROPERTY CAFE and their staff.

I would highly recommend Property Cafe and their staff for the brilliant management service that they offer to landlords. Everything concerning the renting of our flat has been done efficiently and any issues along the way have been speedily communicated to us and dealt with professionally. The company is very fair and has good relationships with both landlords and tenants. Everyone is always so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. I would particularly like to thank Ashley and Damian along with the staff who I have dealt with mostly who are Bethany Reid, Danielle White and Mia - all at the Bexhill office. They do a great job.

Property cafe made it easy for me to get a new home given that I am an immigrant and am from a minority group. I have been using Property Cafe as a landlord now for a number of years. The team, led by Damien Taylor, is extremely efficient - not only in their management of properties - but also in their finding of potential tenants, their referencing of applicants, regular property checks, excellent accounting, and most importantly the oversight of all necessary paperwork. Mia Stevens has proved her eye for detail and her exemplary interaction with tenants when things need to be done and when the inevitable problems occur. They all create a sound and supportive team to any potential landlord.

I have used The Property Cafe for previous house moves and always found them to be excellent. They give real consideration to what you are looking to buy and guide you from the point you decide to sell. Darran has a great team and special call out goes to Dominic, Vanda, Megan and Shelly.

Lovely friendly staff, Tracy helped us with absolutely everything we asked. She is very responsive, fast and gets right on the task when were in need of assistance/help. We have been renting a property through Property Cafe for 2 years now. Like any home, we often have maintenance issues that need sorting out. Mia from the Bexhill office is such a superstar!
