Property cafe has been fantastic and…

Property cafe has been fantastic and supportive to myself and my husband, getting our dream property is quite a bumpy road but we did get there eventually and property cafe help us to get through... thank you guys and keep up the good work

I couldn't have been more satisfied…

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received from the Property Cafe. Matt and the team are very professional and as it was my first property purchase they put my mind at rest every step of the way. Buying a property isn't as straight forward as I thought it would be and to have patient and experienced people going through the process with you is priceless.

I would highly recommend them !!

Amature hour

Showed me downright filthy property asking exorbitant prices. They got stuck on my profile and wouldn't offer anything outside a budget, and when I did ask to see something just above, they present an argument and played games with long lead viewings that meant houses were gone before I had a chance to view. All in all a poor experience and as a landlord myself I could not entertain using them to manage my property let alone try again to rent through them.

Collection of Payments

I have used them on this property for several years . One of the main issues I have is that they are slow to pick up on when clients have not paid the rent on the due date. I find it is me that discovers I have not been paid and then have to chase property café to find out reason. I get the feeling this side of the business does work as efficiently as I feel it should. Other issues work fairly well.

Highly professional with excellent Customer/Client Services.

We live in USA and for about 5 years PropertyCafe is managing our Property in UK (only met once). We are always kept informed and they are very good at finding the new Tenants and setting up the lease/contracts. PropertyCafe also deals with the issues at the Property, either they resolve or informs to the appropriate people.

Customer satisfaction

From day one of putting my property on The Property Cafe books I've been delighted with their professionalism . Whenever there has been a problem it has always been resolved quickly and efficiently with minimum of stress to myself particularly as I spend half the year abroad . I feel that they deal with all matters with their clients interests at heart which in this day and age is very refreshing! Every member of staff that I have had dealings with has been helpful and courteous , with prompt feedback . I would reccommend them without a second thought .

Thorough and conscientious service.

Property Cafe has helped me to deal with a difficult tennant very effectively. They always kept me informed as to progress and gave sound advice.
