This was my first experience renting.
Tracey at Property Cafe made the experience so easy for me, keeping me informed and helping me through the whole process

Be wary of this estate agent. They are a rogue agent with rogue landlords. They let out unihabitable properties to unsuspecting tenants. Buy a damp meter and carry out checks to dectect severe damp and mould in the property. Otherwise you will be misreprensented 'deceived' under the consumer rights act of a 'contract' and will lose a considerable amount of money. This estate agents only cares about the landlord.
In addition to the above I was told by the estate agent Shannon on sign up that there is no boiler in the property!! Total supidity.. and 'oh just turn the hot tap and water will come out'. What is this estate agent informing other tenants or owners?? Common sense is not common!! Phone call after phone call, email after email and they persist to insult my intelligence. And another catch you must pay out of your deposit the estate agents fees ro relet the property.
Before this estate agents I had very good rentals. This by far is the worst experience of renting that I have encountered.

We decided to use Property Cafe Bexhill on Sea to rent a building belonging to us. Bethany was the employee who dealt with this rental. It was done in a quick, and very professional manner. She was efficient in the way she dealt with all our enquiries and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone if they want to rent any of their properties out. Rating we would give would be excellent.

Simple, seamless process from start to finish. I thought finding a property to live was going to be super complicated due to various reasons but it turns out it was made very simple from start to finish. Mia who was always on had to help, made everything so easy and took the stress out of it all. Mia was professional from the start and continues to be on hand for and extra questions we may have. I have used Property Cafe just recently for renting a property. From the moment I viewed the flat to my moving in date, the service that I have received has been fantastic. I have dealt with the same person all along, Bethany Reed. She has always kept me upto date with how the tenancy was progressing and nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely make Property Cafe my first port of call for any renting in the future.

Selling through Property Cafe was faultless from beginning to end. Darren arrived with details on comparable properties in our area as well as a thorough knowledge of the sales market. He also took the photos for the on-line websites, which were excellent. Highly recommend Property Cafe, Bexhill. Lovely friendly staff who always went the extra mile with regards to selling our house and were always polite, happy and extremely helpful even though I was calling them for the umpteenth time in the day to let them know about the recent developments in our property chain. I know they spoke to our solicitor and his PA several times every day as well as chasing up our buyers via their solicitors. Many thanks in particular to Becki, Adam, Mel, Jack and Connor.
