Lisa and colleagues at Property Cafe have been very supportive and have let me know about issues- and helped me to find solutions - quickly, efficiently and courteously. Particularly when one is a landlord who lives across the other side of the world, this level of trust and support is very effective and indeed essential in keeping stress levels down.

Property Cafe found a buyer for our home through their local knowledge and data base which was a great asset.
Experienced staff always available when required would recommend them without doubt.

This is one of the most unprofessional agencies in Hastings. They showed me a property and then disappeared. They scheduled viewings for eight other people at the same time, and the agent arrived late, making us all wait for 20 minutes. I had to view the property with four other strangers. It's been two weeks now with no response despite calling twice. This is highly unprofessional. Also we doubt if they are just collecting the data.

Bethany and the Lettings team made finding a new tenant, for our rental property, very easy. They were professional and helpful throughout the process, even dealing with a last minute 'glitch' without fuss or drama.

I know in my heart that Property Café have hundreds, for all I know thousands, of clients, yet when I deal with them I always feel I’m the only one.
I’m on first name terms with everyone there, and they with me (at my request. Hello, Hope!). Most important, whenever I call, they know everything about me, the plumbing, the dishwasher, whatever topic I choose to bring up.

The sales team at Property Cafe are both professional and friendly. They are approachable and keep you informed of every stage of your sale. We sold our property just 5 days after going on the market and put this down to being correctly valued, great photos and publicity.

If the test of any business is how they react when a client needs help, then I have to say that Darran Cohen and his team at The Property Café are a first-class business. We remain grateful and touched by their professionalism and thoughtfulness in doing all the all they could to bring about a very satisfactory outcome to something that could have gone very wrong. Their actions were underpinned by characteristics that are increasingly rarely seen in business these days.

We have been really happy with Property Cafe. They provide a personal, efficient and fair service.
We went for the gold service so costs are quite high - we haven't had cause to test out what is provided yet but are confident that everything (e.g. non-payment of rent) would be covered.
