Charges are Unfair, ripping of people. For £228.32 outstanding they are collecting £572, even before replying to letter they came up with big fee. Customer service is worst.

Charge extortionate fees, i don’t know how they get away with it. Thieves and scammers, i don’t know how they sleep at night. A really nasty little company run by nasty little money grabbing low life.

absolute robbers! this kind of daylight robbery, scare tactics should be illegal.
Decent, law abiding citizens are being forced to pay thousands of pounds and slammed with CCJs.
RIDICULOUS!!!!

Never responded to my complaint which I sent in June 24, just kept being told they could not find it and could I resend the email. Just had my new management company invoice and they have added the £200 to my next bill even though they are aware PDC have not resolved my complaint. Should not be allowed to keep trading.

We owed ground rent because there has been a switch of ground rent collecting companies. We have been paying on time until we couldn't receive bill via email and it was sent to an old address.
Long story short, 6 months later I received a bill adding more than £600 to the original bill I owed which is £800.
Worst of all, they indicated no way of payment when you try urgently to settle the bill. They don't pick up their phone or reply to emails as said in all the other comments.
I feel like I have been treated as a criminal, to have to fill in a form and not even know what the next step will be.
What can I say? Such a disgrace!

shambles of a company suprise suprise they managed to answer a review left on their google but still awaiting a response via email from them
have reported them and will pursuing had the joys of dealing with this company over last few years, they lie do not action satisfied ccj and attempt to take funds from ytou even though their client has been paid
how they are practising is beyond me
in case you attempt to say you do not recognise reviewer im happy to provide all evidence and by the looks of your reviews, its a common action of yours
unprofessional
ignore emails when suit
make false accusations
attempt to recover funds which are not due
and to top it off dont satisfy judgements with courts from over 5 years ago which was paid within 10 days back in 2019 -- wonder why, the only assumption would be to obtain more funds to line your pockets

I owed £600.62, which they've made out to £5999.69 together with
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Balham Estate Agents. Check your bills.

NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR ANSWERS THE PHONE!
We emailed over 2 weeks ago and no response. We tried phoning and no one answers the phone. How a business operates like this I don't know!!

We had a legitimate complaint as we never received the original invoices and were not aware of the amount due. This company has obviously already purchased the debt from the original company and only pretend to contact them to resolve the complaint and in the meantime continue to ignore genuine attempts at resolution and continue increasing fees.
They also refuse to accept part payments should you only wish to pay the original amount due and dispute the penalties.
If you do make a part payment directly to their account (Google "Sabbir Aramco" and ask me how), make sure to mention your six digit reference number, let them and the freeholders know that you have made the payment, and keep a copy of the receipt so that they cannot argue that you did not intend to pay the original invoice.
I would also recommend contacting CAB and complaining to Trading Standards about their appalling behaviour.

98% of customers gave 1 star or less can only confirm this company was set up to do maxim harm to other people hence many call them scammers
Act of Parliament, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Lease Administrators cannot charge unreasonable fees for administrative services
Mr Moody agreed to pay the ground rent but disputed the landlord’s entitlement to recover administrative charges under clause 4.1 of the lease. The landlord made an application to the First-tier Tribunal to recover administrative charges. Before the application to the Tribunal the landlord increased its administrative charge to £150. A further £180 was attributed to the landlord’s solicitor’s charges.
The FTT determined that clause 4.1 of Mr Moody’s lease did not entitle the landlord to recover a £50 administrative charge or to recoup the costs of its own solicitors when enforcing an alleged breach of the lease.
The Upper Tribunal (UT) agreed with the FTT – the landlord was not entitled to recover a £50 administrative charge or his solicitor’s charges under clause 4.1 of the lease. An important distinction was made between clause 4.1 and other covenants in the lease. Namely, clause 4.1 was “defensive in nature” and could only be triggered if a third party took action against the landlord.
The ground rent is only £45 for six months that we paid in full despite not having received even the relevant invoices due to possibly your company’s email being black-listed by email servers that simply block or put into junk-folders since your company may send out mail shots in large numbers that many email services would automatically regards such e-shots as junk mails
Therefore LEASE advised leaseholders to take such Managing Agents to First Tier Tribunal which already ruled and upheld by Upper Tribunal that “leaseholders are not liable for such costs that "could only be triggered if a third party took action against the landlord."
PRS, FTT and Trading Standard all stated that when a customer raises an official complaint all recovery action should stop or pause pending the result of such complaint but PDC purposely pressed ahead with unnecessary actions with sole objective of bullying people to hand over money to them like daylight robbery.

I had a payment of £454 due to my freeholder, I paid this amount on time to my management agent however this should have gone to the freeholder. A simple mistake that could be easily rectified. PDC Law charged £3,438.50 instead of the £454. The company then didn't pay the freeholder or inform the mortgage provider so I have now been legally challenged by my mortgage provider. The company is an absolute disgrace. I cannot believe they are able to operate without punishment.
Before the inevitable response to this message saying "Dear Jake, I was sorry to read your review. Should you wish to raise a complaint in respect of Property Debt Collection Limited please email customersatisfaction@propertydebt with any issues you wish to raise along with your reference number for your account and we will investigate accordingly"
I have done this already and it does not stop you being a horrific company profiting on individuals in poor circumstances. If you work for PDC law I, implore you to think if this company is benefiting the world.

Property Debt Collection Limited(PDCL) is a TERRIBLE COMPANY and EMPLOYER! No wonder they have 1.3 /5 * reviews. The other reviews speak for themselves.Dear Management Agencies who are considering this company, please avoid and look for alternatives. Came here for an interview and turned me away at the door.Completely unprofessional and unjust and felt very disrespected. They shown no self decency and acted like it’s something they often. No one deserves the misfortune of working or being part of this company. (PDCL) will use every excuse possible to make others look bad, and will not hold themselves accountable for there wrongdoings.Do not even think of applying or working for this company, they will not show you respect if there is a possible vacancy for this place. (PDCL) will just act like they have no idea who you are. They blamed IT issues for not seeing myself, there was however,a text /email/phone call takes seconds. They did not have the decency to do that. That is how I know that there employees are just treated as numbers to them! They think it’s fine for someone to put there plans on hold to prioritise them ,If they treat people like this imagine how they treat clients. They are a dismissive bunch and from my brief encounter with this mob they are a very self-absorbed and arrogant who lacks any empathy towards others. I urge everyone else who’s had a negative experience with this company to come forward.

We started receiving debt collections at our property 18 months ago from this company. PDC have been given the wrong address by the company who instructed them. The debt relates to a person and address unknown to us. We have phoned several times every time we receive a letter. They know this is a mistake and admit that when I finally get through to them, they tell me their records have been updated, and then we get another letter. I ring again and they admit nothing has been done, I was lied to every time. I put in a formal complaint about 2 months ago, which I have emailed to them repeatedly. This has never been responded to. I am very worried about this debt being recorded against my address mistakenly. Terrible service.

Well I’m not surprised that they get 1.4. I’ve spent 14 days e mailing and calling this business and never get through. Absolute shambles. They send people threatening letters, and in my case breach data protection legislation but are clearly above actually communicating.
The reply on this site from the company suggested sending a note to customer services. I did that and still nothing......
