As a bit of a collector of toys & figures, I have purchased items from a large number of online retailers, however I have to say that propsandreplicas.co.uk knock spots off of the others when it comes to customer service. I have only recently stumbled across them, but found that they offered the items I was after at a lower price than any of my other usual outlets, so gave them a go and was not disappointed.
Very fast delivery & really good communication. Unfortunately I had an issue with part of my order (entirely a supplier quality issue & in no way related to the retailer), but props and replicas went above & beyond to help resolve my issue. This is a level of service sorely missing from many retailers now a days & was honestly a very refreshing and appreciated change.
Needless to say, they will now be my first point of call when looking for figures and genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. Give them a go for yourself and see

Pre ordering figures has been a stressful experience for us lately as collectors. Propsandreplicas is my go to now though, as they have provided the best service throughout! They actually keep you informed when release dates get pushed, and really care about their customers. My package got lost in the post and they didn't hesitate to send me out another one, responding quickly and shipping extremely fast so the replacement came just a few days after I raised the issue. They also refunded me the price difference of the first wave that I had paid, as the second wave was cheaper. Such a nice gesture as they totally didn't have to do that. Will be shopping with them again for sure!

I got the sword of Aragon (Anduril) prop replica off of the lotr movie and it was really cheap and great value for money! Great staff, as they were close, they delivered it in person saving me £10. They are great with emails if you have any queries and they replied fast!
