Great service and Product
After ordering the ProRider golf trolley, it arrived after 2 working days - fantastic service so far. I am very impressed with the trolley and delighted with it's quality. I was looking for a quality electric golf trolley without having to spend a small fortune on it and, although it is early days, it appears that I have found the perfect one to fit the bill.
Excellent value for money.

Friendly and efficient
I want to thank Pro Rider for excellent help when my golf trolley of 5 years had a problem. A prompt answer to the phone call for advice gave me the cause and treatment for the problem, when I feared I was going to have to invest in a new one. Spare parts were immediately sent, and with the instructions given on the phone, the repair was easily done.

Excellent customer service
I purchased my Pro Rider golf trolley last July, it arrived within 3 days of the order. Since then I've used the trolley extensively in all weather without any issues whatsoever. However recently the wheels started detaching from the axle. I reported the issue to Pro Rider Leisure who immediately replaced both wheels and advised me to keep the "old" ones for spares.
The Pro Rider golf trolley is fantastic value for money especially with all the accessories included in the price, I would highly recommend the Pro Rider golf trolley and Pro Rider Leisure for their excellent customer service and support, it could not have been better. Thank you Pro Rider Leisure.

I purchased the Pro rider Easyfold Deluxe Portable mobility scooter. I was pleased with the service. My queries were promptly answered by the girl on the phone. It was quickly received and well packaged. I have taken it to the USA and there were no problems getting it on the flight or through the airports. It folds down really easily and putting it back up is very fast. When it's folded up the battery automatically disconnects. It needs an air safety plug if it is left up when flying. My only issue is that it started by a switch button so you can't secure if you leave it unattended. Other than that it's a good purchase and value for money.

I purchased a e tourer electric bike April 2016 I phoned for a couple spokes for back wheel due to pot holes on the road's just to find out the e tourer electric bike has been discontinued and no spares are available what's the point of selling a electric bike when you can't get the spares

Great customer service
Ordered two of these bikes while on holiday in Spain. They were delivered to a friend so it was several weeks before we got to look at them.
On test riding them one of the bikes was perfect but I noticed that the other one had a problem with the headgear. I contacted Amazon to organise a return and within 2 hours was talking to Tom from the prorider technical support team. The case was talked over and taken straight to the CEO. Tom kept me appraised of the state of play throughout the afternoon and by close of play a new bike was on its way. I received it today and I now have two beautiful electric bikes.
Sometimes defective items slip through quality control but prorider managed the situation in a highly professional manner and my especial thanks to go Tom Wharton for his excellent customer service.

I have had a Pro Rider golf trolley for…
I have had a Pro Rider golf trolley for 12 months now. In that time, I have experienced the following issues :-
- A wheel kept falling off. Once reported, the Company replaced the wheel free of charge.
- The trolley seized up and would not move when switched on. I suspected the Speed Control had gone faulty, and purchased a replacement. That fix failed to resolve the problem, and I spoke to Pro
Rider's technical department to determine a course of action. The Company then sent me a new Main PCB Board free of charge. Result - the trolley is now again operating normally.
On both above occasions, the service from Pro Rider was exemplary!

7 1/2 year old Pro Rider Electric Golf Trolley
The axle snapped today on my 7 1/2 year old Pro Rider Electric golf trolley which I bought new so I called the company and spoke to Tom Wharton about the cost of repair. I explained to him how long I'd had it and that I was still using the original 36 hole battery, playing golf 52 weeks a year, at least twice a week doing 18 holes a round. However it was continually running on the amber light so maybe didn't have much longer. The company serviced it a couple of years ago, updated it for less than £100 and its been good until now. With the cost of repairs and a new battery I was looking at £100+ so I decided to go the whole hog, retire my trusty trolley and buy a new one. I'm now looking forward to my new trolley and another 7+ years (if I live that long! I am nearly 80).

I visited the Northampton showroom and I was impressed with the quality of knowledge and customer relations provided by a pleasant female assistant. The golf trolley I purchased has performed well and is excellent value for money compared with the market. The only comment I would make is that the battery is heavy and an alternative smaller one (like the Hill Billy) should be available. Having a service team locally is an added bonus.

Amazing customer service received from Tom Wharton recently. I called to report a fault on my bike and Tom dealt with this so efficiently. He responded to several emails over a few days instantly and was extremely polite whenever we spoke on the phone. I really felt he was there to help and he resolved my issue very quickly. Tom is a real credit to your company. Good customer service is hard to come by these days having worked in the industry for many years I know what it takes dealing with such an array of customers Tom has all the right skills. Please pass on my thanks and if there is any kind of reward it really should be given to him.

Appalling service
I have purchased 2 electric bikes from this company and was very happy until one of the bikes developed a clicking noise this was collected by them at the end of September, after ringing them weekly I got the bike back but it still had the clicking noise, the courier collected the bike over 2 weeks ago and pro rider still have not got the bike from the courier, if you buy a bike from this company you want to hope it does not need a repair as their service is appalling in the last 11 weeks I have had the bike for 1 week, I will be lucky to see the bike any more this year
