Brought an electric golf trolley for my partner as a Christmas present. also purchased the winter wheels at the same time. very impressed with the fast and efficient service I received, as I lived nearby I was able to pop into the showroom. Very impressed by all the other products they sell.

Finally been out and used the trolley. easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and easy to use trolley. Result = very happy golfer.

I bought a Etourer e bike (ex-demo) end of October it was missing 2 front mudguard stays. I ordered the stays together with bolts £4.99 plus £5.95 delivery, a bit steep for two pieces of wire, but hey ho. Package arrived in a few days containing only one wire. Phoned straight away, they apologized and sent the balance a few days later.

bought an electric Surge cycle, late on a wednesday, and delivered on the Friday, i make it 10 working hours from ordering to delivery, can't be more pleased with Pro Rider Leisure ,

I am so pleased with my new golf cart the new design with the different colours looks great . pound for pound this must be the best golf cart on the market. As this was my second golf cart from Pro Rider, I wanted to make sure or a couple of things, like do my winter wheels interchange from my old to my new, the customer services person I spoke to explained everything nothing was too much bother well done

Very well constructed good value products, I have a spin bike, a golf trolley and a treadmill and. am delighted with them all. Excellent customer service too when I have needed to call them for orders and a replacement battery for the trolley. Thoroughly recommended company and products

Very helpful salesperson when I tried out an electric bike. When I rang to ask about a similar offer I had found online, they matched it without delay. Although I called to pick up the bike, it wasn't in sotck, but they delivered me one within a few days. Great service.

Very fast and efficient, I would have no reservations recommending Pro Rider Leisure for the servicing of a golf trolley.

The measure of a company is in the customer service. I would love to say that I never needed to use this but as sometimes happens a battery that was purchased started to drop charge and had to be sent back to the company.

This was duly picked up, tested and replaced with a new battery within 7 working days.

My 72 year old father can get back out on the course now and only has the weather and his swing to complain about.

Delivery in two days, very good service indeed. The motorised golf trolley is of good quality and very easy to put together, well pleased with the product and the company.

Incredibly speedy response to my order by Phone late on Saturday, the bike arrived Monday afternoon, having been taken initially to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the cardboard package was badly torn in several places (the Carriers responsibility) but fortunately, the bike (as far as I could see) was undamaged.
I was very impressed with the machine itself, a StepThrough Electric City Bike, ProRider Connect. Beautifully engineered, immaculate finish and every component well designed and functional - everything to a quite unusually high standard.
The Owner's Manual was, in some places, inadequate, and the illustrations not entirely applicable to the model. Some warning regarding the electric power levels (ie. level 3 is not the maximum, p.17 of the Manual), would be helpful as initially I shot off at setting 5 and fell off just before hitting my parked car. I have fallen off twice more, mainly due to my age (85) and my difficulty without having the usual back pedal type of freewheel (there is a cautionary note in the Manual).
However, it really is a superb bike and I give it a 5 star rating. I am enjoying riding with or without power assistance, and have already achieved 15 mph at level 3 electric power. I dare not try level 5 again until I have fitted a much louder bell!

We purchased 2 pro rider electric bikes, to say we are delighted is a understatement, I am a big girl, and it sturdy goes like a dream, we take them on our motor home and have travelled as far as turkey and we constantly got asked were we brought them, I hope you got more custom from our recommendation, had a small problem with the bike which your team resolved very quickly under warranty, brilliant service, we would highly recommend thank you.

I have owned my Trolley now for nearly a year and it has been brilliant
on the two occasions I have contacted the company the aftercare service has been excellent . Yesterday I called to advise of a small issue with my remote and Joe Robinson's response was just brilliant

I have owned my golf trolley now for 6 months and I am VERY pleased with its performance in every way, no matter what terrain of course it performs excellently. Even more impressive is the after sales service. I had a malfunction in the battery to charger /trolley lead and it was immediately replaced for free within 3 days. I am very happy to recommend these golf trolleys and Pro Rider Leisure to all prospective buyers

Had my golf trolley for five years great value renewed motor on warranty after four and half years ,service department really really helpfully particularly Tom ,just thought it as time to buy new one such good value

There are two tests for a quality company. Does their product do what it should.Well no one gets 100%. So its their quality of product added to what happens when inevitably something goes wrong. Trust Pro Rider they are top drawer. I have had great service from my golf trolley for about a year. It's taken on every hill and fought it's way through the rough two to three times every week. But, it has now developed a small defect on the one wheel. Pro rider have sorted this problem promptly and to my total satisfaction. All in time for my away weekend next week. Eleven out of ten for pro rider.

Over the past 3 weeks I have encountered a couple of technical problems with my Pro Rider electric trolley. It is out of Guarantee by 2/3 months. Nevertheless, I phoned Pro Rider technical department for advice, half expecting to be faced with a fat repair bill. How wrong I was. What I did receive however was, not only a clear understanding of my problems, but also a solution, which included a mini instructional on care of my trolley. The nice thing was, unlike lots of faceless people at the other end of a phone, this service chap was really helpful and pleasant. I think his name was Joe. His customer service was excellent.

The golf trolleys sold here are cheap and cheerful, don't expect top quality for under £200. Don't expect the trolley to last for much more than one year, the wheel bearings fail after about 11 months and you will be lucky if the battery lasts 10 months. Even if you return the battery under warranty, they will not replace, saying that the battery was tested and found to be perfect. That's amazing considering that the battery runs out of power after 12 holes!
The lie and cheat to save honoring the warranty. You are also lucky if they answer any of your emails!
My advice: if you happy to spend £200 and to buy a replacement every year these are perfect
However, many others selling the same trolley or variations of, so get it from another supplier, don't buy from this cowboy company.
By the way, this is a genuine review, not a competitors fake!

My wife ordered a brand-new golf trolley for me as a gift and they sent a used one with mud on the wheels dog hairs on the battery cover and trolley cover, all packaging had clearly been opened before. Absolutely disgusting

After a problem with a wheel, I contacted the company asking for suggestions. They immediately responded with no quibbles, sending me a new wheel.
The trolley works well - plenty of life in the battery after 18 holes. It folds well and is easily moved in its case.

Very good after sales service - 2 bikes sent back after 1 year for service and repairs. Bikes returned in 5 working days - no cost (incl collection and delivery).
