Absolutely sharks !please please please rethink a loan with these guys the interest rate is incredible and has basically broken our family. Took it out to try and save our small buisness (thinking it would be OK)but having to the pay what you borrow plus ,double again in interest has ,taken the house away from our children and has left a devastating effect ,please please please don't let a shark company like this do this to your family .HUGE and horrible lesson learnt, please seek help eles where ,this company is vile and low and pray on the desperate. Please please think again before making a deal with these devils.

Was offered a low interest rate
Was offered a low interest rate, but after the loan was agreed found that the interest rate is for the full loan across the term, and not the reducing balance.
So the actual rate paid works out much higher than 12.99% we were lead to believe.
Misleading and I think we're now worse off than if we had stayed away.
Their response below to my review makes no sense in relation to what I said - I don't need a deferred payment I need you to learn how to be transparent and upfront.

James was incredibly friendly and professional
James was incredibly friendly and professional at the same time. He engaged with me to make me feel relaxed and assured. He explained the process very clearly and also offered options for me to consider.
My needs were were more than adequately met and indeed the experience was far above what I had expected. Overall a fantastic customer experience for me.
