I cannot call anyone or reach the billing department

The estimated bill was 100% accurate, which surprised me. They said my insurance would cover it 100% and I was skeptical, but they were right and my insurance covered everything.

The therapist I chose was excellent, and I am really glad I used Prosper Health.

The honesty and time my assessor put into seeing me and not my differences. I don’t always explain right or use to many words but she was very patient and I appreciate that and her never making me feel less than.

I loved how they gave me the one picture to prepare and a little video heads up about what to expect. I appreciate the way they were willing to accommodate me and my needs during the assessment. And I really appreciated the 45-minute result conversation. Now I'm just anxiously awaiting my written report.

I feel like the process was very easy and simple to follow. I appreciated the many reminders to not miss my appointment and my psychologist was extremely kind and insightful on everything. I honestly am so glad to give prosper a chance and happy to know what’s “wrong with me” when receiving my my diagnosis.

The easiest and cost effective way to get a proper diagnosis. I’m happy I did this.

They were very helpful and helping me get my diagnosis. What has not been helpful is I've waited almost 2 months to get my report and their customer service response times are horrendous. It shouldn't take weeks to get a response for a simple request for a report. Prosper health has been absolutely terrible and responding to emails responding inside of the platform in a timely fashion.

This was overall a smooth experience. It was straight forward and gave many tips prior to the first meeting. I really appreciated the person who did my assessment because she really took time to make sure I understood each part, why it was being done, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I had a great experience with Dr. Valerie Modirpour at Prosper Health. She explained everything in simple, easy to understand terms and took the time to answer my questions. I also felt comfortable opening up about some of the struggles I've been dealing with. I truly appreciated her approach and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Rosencrans was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and was also very clear and thorough.

The whole entire process is easy and streamlined. The site is easy to navigate the providers are informative and give great explanations if you have questions.

My therapist listens, but also reals me back in when I get sidetracked. He’s helping me with my learning of my new diagnosis and he’s so patient.

After having a great experience with my autism evaluation, I continue to appreciate Prosper for the therapy I am receiving. My therapist has a deep understanding of autism and ADHD and has offered great advice for my mixed neurotype family.
